Gene Larrabee has been a part of the long term care industry for nearly twenty-five years. He holds a master’s degree in health care administration and is a licensed administrator in five states. He has served as a facility administrator and chief executive officer in both the proprietary and not-for-profit settings. As he has had experience in both metropolitan and rural environments, has worked in large corporate as well as privately held settings, and has been involved in religiously-affiliated and non-affiliated eleemosynary organizations, he has achieved a keen insight into the various dynamics which can occur within any facility organization. Additionally, as a past three term president of a state association, a seminar leader, and workshop instructor, Gene Larrabee has a thorough understanding of the salient issues which face the long term care industry today.
