Consultant fees are set on a project by project basis. You will know what your charges will be prior to the commencement of any project. Letters of retention are normally required.

GENE LARRABEE, NHA With a Master’s Degree in
Health Care Administration and administrative licensure in five
states, Mr. Larrabee has over
twenty-five years experience in the long term care industry. He is the author of
Achieving Substantial Compliance, is noted for his design of
quality management systems, is recognized as a seminar leader and
presenter, and has a strong track record assisting facilities regain

DIANE COLLINS, RN Ms. Collins holds a BSN as
well as a Master’s Degree in Adult Health. She has over seven years
experience as a Director of Nursing in both small and large long term care
settings and her experience as a Nurse Therapist at the Rehabilitation
Institute of Chicago gives her a restorative nursing background second to
none. She has designed a
number of clinical programs to assure compliance, especially those which
correspond to survey protocols and quality indicators. Ms. Collins can work with your
facility to assure compliance by conducting a mock survey to meet your

MELANY LOOPER, RD With a master’s degree in her
chosen field of dietetics and an administrator’s license, as a former
State Surveyor from Florida Ms. Looper has keen insights into the
requirements and are vagaries of the regulatory process. She has helped many facilities
restructure their dietary departments to assure compliance to both
regulatory and survey protocol expectations. She can assist your organization
by conducting a mock survey and advise your facility how to best respond
